1. How to Cancel Your Order:

If You Change Your Mind:

If We Have to Cancel:

• We may have to cancel your order if things don't go as planned (such as technical difficulties).
• We'll also cancel orders if there's any breach of our Terms of Service or any fraudulent activity is detected.

2. Getting a Refund:

When Can You Get a Refund?:

You'll get a refund if you cancel your order within the initial 24 hours. We also issue refunds if we can't deliver your products as promised.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours after you cancel your order.

We'll check if you're eligible for a refund and if everything looks good, we'll process it using your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

What Can't Be Refunded:

Our Services already purchased by you or products used by you that have been fully delivered are not eligible for a refund.

Note:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it ships, whichever comes first.
• If you cancel or return something, your refund will be sent to you within 3-10 business days.
• For cash orders, we will need your bank details to send your refund through NEFT. For card or online payment, we will refund directly to the same account.
• We will start the return process within 7 days after you ask. Our delivery team will attempt to pick up your item twice. If they can't pick it up because it's not ready or you're not home, we won't be able to process the return.
• If the order is sent back to us for any reason, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund one way unless your return meets our criteria. If you refuse to accept the order when it is delivered, the shipping fee will also be deducted.
